Return Period:

• You have 20 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in original packaging.
• Proof of purchase (order number, receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return:

1. Email us at support@warmifyhomes.com with your order number and the reason for return.
2. We’ll provide you with further instructions on how and where to send the package.

Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Exchanges:

• If you need to exchange an item for a different variant, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs for Returns:

• You will be responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
• Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable.
